We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Purchasing professional to join the dynamic team at Masuya Graha Trikencana. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our procurement processes and ensuring the smooth flow of materials within our manufacturing and logistics network. We are seeking a candidate who combines technical proficiency in administration with a strategic mindset to support our supply chain efficiency.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between internal departments and external vendors, ensuring that all purchasing activities are executed accurately and on time. Tanggung Jawab
- Process and manage purchase orders (PO) accurately, ensuring all details are correct and approved.
- Coordinate with suppliers to track delivery schedules and resolve any discrepancies regarding orders.
- Maintain comprehensive records of procurement activities, inventory levels, and vendor documentation.
- Assist in vendor selection and negotiation processes to ensure cost-effective sourcing.
- Prepare detailed reports and summaries of purchasing activities for management review.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to address procurement needs and resolve issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Previous experience in purchasing administration or a similar role is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a busy manufacturing setting.
