Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full lifecycle of purchase orders, from creation to delivery verification.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely receipt of security equipment and office supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate re-order processes to prevent stock shortages.
- Verify incoming goods against invoices and purchase orders, resolving any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and digital filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly purchasing reports and expense analyses.
- Communicate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and requirements.
- Research and identify new potential suppliers for better pricing and quality.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative purchasing, procurement, or inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of purchasing procedures, supply chain operations, and vendor management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel (data entry, formulas, pivot tables).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles is a plus.
