Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure office operational efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, maintaining high levels of professional communication.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for key stakeholders.
- Maintain and update internal databases and records with high accuracy.
- Support the team in organizing institutional events and community outreach programs.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to organizational relations and feedback.
- Foster positive relationships with existing and potential stakeholders through consistent engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in administration or customer relations is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally in both written and spoken Indonesian.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Active presence on social media and familiarity with digital communication tools.
