Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for streamlining sales and logistics processes? Kasyasindo Megah Perkasa is currently seeking a highly organized Admin Sales dan Logistic to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining operational efficiency by managing our Oracle System and ensuring the smooth flow of our supply chain activities.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator capable of bridging the gap between internal sales operations and external vendor relations. If you are tech-savvy, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a solid grasp of logistics documentation, we want to hear from you. You will be instrumental in ensuring our purchase orders are accurate and our logistics operations remain compliant with kepabeanan (customs) regulations.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and process incoming Purchase Orders (PO) with high accuracy within the Oracle System.
  • Prepare and review comprehensive logistics and customs (kepabeanan) documentation to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with vendors and third-party logistics partners to monitor shipment status.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all sales and logistics transactions to support management reporting.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments to prevent supply chain bottlenecks.
  • Resolve administrative issues related to logistics, invoices, and shipment discrepancies effectively.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and local trade regulations in all logistics activities.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Administration, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Admin, Logistics Admin, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Oracle System or equivalent ERP software is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of logistics documentation and basic customs (kepabeanan) procedures.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data entry and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian; proficiency in English is a plus.
