Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the end-to-end processing of e-commerce sales orders, ensuring timely dispatch and accurate invoicing.
  • Assist the marketing team with daily SEO and SEM tasks, including keyword tracking, performance analysis, and competitor research.
  • Maintain and update product catalogs, descriptions, and pricing on our online platforms to ensure data accuracy.
  • Generate weekly and monthly sales reports to analyze performance trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide high-level administrative support to the sales department.
  • Collaborate with external partners to coordinate digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Ensure all administrative documentation is organized, filed, and compliant with company policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in administrative roles within the e-commerce or retail sector.
  • Familiarity with SEO and SEM concepts, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • A self-starter attitude with a strong desire for career development in digital marketing.
