As the point of contact for incoming sales inquiries, you will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence and supporting our sales growth strategy. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and process incoming sales orders and inquiries with high accuracy.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records in the internal system.
  • Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth communication.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales documents, quotations, and contracts.
  • Monitor inventory levels related to sales operations and coordinate with the warehouse team.
  • Handle customer queries professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Support general administrative tasks to ensure the sales office runs efficiently.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within a sales or retail environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta Utara.
