PT SINAU SERVICE INDONESIA is seeking a motivated Admin Sales Intern to support our sales administration team in the vibrant city of Jakarta. In this internship, you will be responsible for managing the dispatch of pharmaceutical products, coordinating with courier partners, and ensuring that medicines reach patients in a timely and accurate manner. This role offers valuable exposure to the intersection of sales support and healthcare logistics, providing handsāon experience in a fastāpaced office environment.
Key duties include processing sales orders, maintaining precise records of deliveries, liaising with internal sales representatives, and preparing regular reports on delivery performance. You will also assist with data entry in our office management systems, answer routine inquiries from patients and partners, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or current student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required; familiarity with inventory or ERP software is a plus.

- Process and verify sales orders for medicine shipments.
- Coordinate courier schedules and track delivery status.

Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelorās degree in Business, Pharmacy, or related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detailāoriented with high accuracy in data entry.
- Good command of Indonesian language (written and verbal); English is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Basic understanding of logistics or supply chain concepts is advantageous.
