Are you a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills in Mandarin? Goday Indonesia Food is seeking a highly motivated Admin Sales to join our growing team in North Jakarta. In this role, you will act as a critical bridge between our sales department and our valued clients. You will manage documentation, coordinate sales orders, and leverage your Mandarin language proficiency to ensure seamless communication with our international stakeholders and partners. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end sales administration processes, including order entry, invoicing, and tracking shipments.
  • Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients to resolve inquiries and build long-term business relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, production, and finance to ensure timely delivery of food products.
  • Prepare and update accurate sales reports, presentations, and weekly progress updates for management.
  • Maintain a well-organized database of customer profiles and historical sales records.
  • Support the sales team in preparing documents for contracts and client proposals.
  • Handle incoming inquiries via email and telephone with a professional and helpful demeanor.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English or Indonesian is a plus.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to represent Goday Indonesia Food professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
