You will be responsible for ensuring that all sales targets are met while providing top-tier after-sales support to our valued clients. Your day-to-day activities will involve managing administrative tasks that support the sales team, handling customer inquiries efficiently, and maintaining accurate records. You will play a key role in the after-sales process, ensuring that any issues are resolved quickly to maintain high levels of customer loyalty. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective administrative support and follow-up activities.
  • Manage incoming customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and after-sales support to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and inventory reports using standard office software.
  • Coordinate closely with logistics and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare sales reports, quotations, and contracts for review and submission to management.
  • Provide exceptional service to maintain high customer satisfaction and foster long-term client relationships.
  • Support the sales team in organizing promotional events and marketing activities within the Aceh region.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English and Indonesian.
  • Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Willingness to travel within Aceh for business meetings or site visits as required.
