Tanggung Jawab
- Handle daily administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and digital record keeping.
- Provide comprehensive support for sales and rental processes, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and timely.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding vehicle availability, pricing, and rental terms.
- Prepare sales contracts, rental agreements, and invoices with high attention to detail.
- Monitor and update vehicle inventory records to ensure real-time accuracy for sales and rental teams.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure vehicles are prepared and ready for client handover.
- Generate periodic sales and performance reports to support management decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Sales Admin, or in a Customer Service role.
- Strong computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and database management.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a significant advantage.
- High level of integrity, professional appearance, and customer-service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Manado, Sulawesi Utara.
