Tanggung Jawab

  • Drive retail sales of Nippon Paint products through customer engagement and product knowledge
  • Manage daily administrative operations including transaction documentation and inventory tracking
  • Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, stock levels, and operational metrics
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure optimal stock availability
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
  • Support depot management with administrative reporting and operational support

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or equivalent vocational qualification
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, retail, or administrative roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Residency in Bengkulu or willingness to relocate
  • Valid driver's license preferred for customer visits
