Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, verify, and process sales data, stock levels, and Modern Trade (MT) activities for reporting purposes
- Manage end-to-end Account Payable (A/P) administration including invoice verification and payment processing
- Handle Account Receivable (A/R) operations including payment tracking and reconciliation
- Generate and maintain accurate sales reports, inventory reports, and financial summaries
- Coordinate between sales, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure data consistency
- Support month-end closing activities with accurate documentation
- Implement process improvements for administrative workflows
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or financial support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data processing software
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (A/P and A/R)
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous
- Experience with Modern Trade (MT) operations is preferred
