Zoomlion is seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Service Management professional to join our team in Pangkal Pinang. As a key player in our branch operations, you will be responsible for streamlining service workflows, maintaining branch administrative integrity, and overseeing essential general affairs. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily administrative operations for the service department to ensure seamless workflow.
- Manage service documentation, including work orders, repair logs, and technical reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments and technicians to optimize service scheduling and branch efficiency.
- Handle general affair (GA) duties, including office maintenance, procurement of office supplies, and facility management.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and digital records for branch-level reporting.
- Prepare periodic administrative reports for regional management.
- Monitor and manage branch petty cash and expense reports according to company policy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in service administration, general affairs, or office management roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management systems.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in the heavy equipment or automotive industry is highly desirable.
