Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily administrative tasks including correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of company reports and internal documents.
- Coordinate office supplies and manage inventory to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Maintain electronic and physical records with high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support management teams with scheduling, meeting arrangements, and agenda preparation.
- Ensure the office environment remains organized, efficient, and compliant with company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, although prior administrative experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of integrity in handling sensitive information.
