Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Coordinate office communications, including handling incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, and other internal business documents.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Support the HR and Finance departments with payroll documentation and recruitment scheduling.
  • Ensure the office environment is organized and functions efficiently on a day-to-day basis.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
