Tanggung Jawab
- Handle daily administrative tasks and office documentation with high accuracy.
- Act as a primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking clients and partners, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Manage customer service inquiries via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Assist in preparing reports, maintaining records, and organizing office files.
- Coordinate with different internal departments to ensure operational efficiency.
- Support management with scheduling, meeting arrangements, and administrative projects as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all business processes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field is a plus.
- Fluency in Mandarin (Chinese) is mandatory (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Resilient, proactive, and willing to work on a contract basis.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Batam, Kepulauan Riau.
