Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle daily administrative tasks and office documentation with high accuracy.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking clients and partners, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Manage customer service inquiries via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist in preparing reports, maintaining records, and organizing office files.
  • Coordinate with different internal departments to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Support management with scheduling, meeting arrangements, and administrative projects as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all business processes.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field is a plus.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (Chinese) is mandatory (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Resilient, proactive, and willing to work on a contract basis.
  • Residing in or willing to relocate to Batam, Kepulauan Riau.
