Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and update daily administrative tasks for the Online Shop platform.
- Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media professionally.
- Process and track incoming orders to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing digital product catalogs and descriptions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure stock availability and promotional activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and administrative records.
- Perform general office duties to support the overall efficiency of the department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major; Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce or online shopping processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new processes.
