As a key member of our Head Office team, you will play a vital role in supporting our e-commerce operations, ensuring that our marketing initiatives are executed seamlessly and accurately. In this position, you will be responsible for managing administrative workflows, tracking campaign performance, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth across major e-commerce platforms. Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate daily administrative tasks related to trade marketing and e-commerce campaigns.
  • Prepare and update regular performance reports regarding e-commerce sales and promotional activities.
  • Manage the filing of promotional materials, contracts, and internal e-commerce documentation.
  • Support the team in the execution of online marketing events and seasonal campaigns.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate product listing information and inventory updates.
  • Monitor and track competitor activity on e-commerce platforms to provide actionable insights.
  • Maintain departmental communication flow to ensure all stakeholders are aligned with project timelines.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce, trade marketing, or administrative support is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes of data with accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to commit to a contractual (PKWT) employment arrangement at our Head Office.
