- Manage daily inventory operations including stock counts, replenishment, and inventory reconciliation
- Process sales transactions, returns, and payments while maintaining accurate financial records
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely product deliveries and manage vendor relationships
- Prepare daily sales reports, inventory summaries, and operational documentation
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information
- Ensure store compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
- Support store manager in staff training and scheduling coordination
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business administration preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in retail administration or store operations
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management systems
