Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and organize all required documents for the Sales and Logistic teams.
  • Upload, submit, and track administrative paperwork to ensure timely processing.
  • Follow up on pending applications and submissions with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical records of logistical data.
  • Assist in data entry and database management related to sales orders.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to clarify documentation requirements.
  • Support the division in daily administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent in any field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of administrative and logistical processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Previous experience in an admin or support role is preferred.
