We are seeking a highly detail-oriented professional to join the dynamic team at Clark Outsourcing as an Admin Support Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the backbone of our daily operations, focusing on the integrity of our data and the efficiency of our property management processes. You will be responsible for monitoring and verifying daily property listings to ensure accuracy, updating deal stages and critical records in Zoho, and coordinating between different departments to ensure seamless workflow.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and verify daily property listings to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Update and manage deal stages, records, and contact information within the Zoho CRM platform.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely processing of administrative tasks and documentation.
- Generate and maintain accurate reports regarding property status and deal progress.
- Respond to inquiries regarding listings and provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars for department heads.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative support, data entry, or real estate operations.
- Strong proficiency in using Zoho CRM or similar database management systems.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40-50 wpm).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors in data quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
