Armindo Intercorp is a forward-thinking company in the furniture industry, currently seeking a dedicated Admin Trading Import & Export to join our operations team in Gading Serpong, Tangerang Selatan. This role is the central hub of our global shipping operations. You will be trusted with the critical task of managing all administrative workflows related to import and export activities. From meticulously preparing shipping documentation to ensuring strict adherence to Indonesian customs laws and international trade agreements, your work will directly facilitate the seamless movement of our premium furniture products to clients around the world. As our Admin Trading, you will be the key liaison between internal sales teams, warehouse staff, and external partners such as shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers. Your strong organizational skills will be used daily to manage shipping schedules, resolve potential delays, and verify the accuracy of documents against Letters of Credit. Proficiency in ERP or inventory management systems is a plus, as you will also contribute to maintaining accurate stock records and generating performance reports for management.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage all essential shipping documentation for export and import operations, including Bill of Lading (BL), Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists (PL), Certificates of Origin (COO), and Customs Declarations.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to coordinate cargo space, track shipments, and ensure timely customs clearance at both origin and destination.
- Verify all trade documents against Letters of Credit (L/C) and purchase orders to ensure accuracy and avoid discrepancies that could cause delays or financial penalties.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of all shipments, tracking lead times, costs, and milestones to identify potential bottlenecks and optimize future shipping plans.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian Ministry of Trade regulations, customs laws, and international trade policies relevant to the furniture sector.
- Act as the primary administrative point of contact for the sales and warehouse teams, resolving any shipping discrepancies or documentation issues promptly.
- Generate and present regular reports on shipping activities, incurred costs, and vessel schedules to management for strategic decision-making.
- Assist in obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and recommendations from government bodies (e.g., Surveyor, KEMENDAG) for specific timber and furniture export shipments.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven work experience as an Admin Trading, Documentation Clerk, or similar role in an Export/Import company, preferably in furniture or general trading.
- Strong, demonstrable knowledge of international shipping documents (B/L, Invoice, Packing List, COO, AWB) and L/C procedures.
- High level of accuracy and an extreme eye for detail to manage complex documents without errors.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and MS Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (ability to draft emails and communicate with international counterparts).
- Ability to work independently under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight shipping deadlines.
- Experience with ERP software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, Odoo) is a distinct advantage.
