Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in general office administration and daily operational support.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including translating documents in Hokkien.
- Organize and maintain filing systems and physical records.
- Support the sales and procurement departments with data entry and reporting.
- Coordinate internal meetings and manage the company calendar.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies inventory.
- Provide general support to management and staff as required.
Kualifikasi
- Currently a student or fresh graduate of any major (preferably Business Administration or Management).
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong proficiency in Hokkien is highly preferred.
- Demonstrates a disciplined, hardworking, and responsible attitude.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
