In this role, you will be the backbone of our warehouse operations, ensuring that our inventory data is precise and our documentation flow is seamless. As an English-speaking administrative professional, you will bridge the gap between local warehouse operations and our global standards, ensuring that Miniso products are always available for our customers. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate warehouse inventory records using the internal management system.
- Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to process inbound and outbound documentation efficiently.
- Perform daily data entry tasks with high attention to detail to minimize discrepancies.
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders, utilizing English to ensure clear understanding of operational reports.
- Prepare periodic stock reports and inventory cycle counts for management review.
- Ensure all administrative filing systems are up to date and compliant with company policy.
- Assist in the resolution of discrepancies in stock levels or shipment manifests.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal communication is essential).
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
- Previous experience in warehouse administration or inventory control is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict daily deadlines.
- Willing to be based in Karawang Timur, Jawa Barat.
