In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the administration of PLB (Part Loading Bridge) and TPP (Terminal Handling) warehouse operations in real-time. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who can prepare operational data accurately and coordinate effectively with the warehouse team and other related departments to ensure seamless logistics flow.
Your daily tasks will involve monitoring stock movements, updating databases, and communicating critical updates to stakeholders to maintain operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage real-time administration for PLB and TPP warehouse operations.
- Prepare and update operational data reports to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate closely with the warehouse team and relevant departments.
- Ensure all documentation for incoming and outgoing goods is processed correctly.
- Maintain organized records and logs of daily warehouse activities.
- Assist in resolving administrative discrepancies or data errors.
- Support the smooth execution of daily logistics tasks.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent qualification.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse or logistics operations is preferred.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Residence in Medan, Sumatera Utara is a plus.
