Tanggung Jawab
- Manage office correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone communications
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and office events
- Maintain accurate filing systems and digital documentation
- Handle office supplies inventory and procurement processes
- Provide administrative support to multiple departments as needed
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams
