In this role, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations, ensuring that our daily business activities, training sessions, and cross-departmental meetings run seamlessly.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and facilitate company-wide training sessions, workshops, and internal meetings.
  • Manage administrative documentation, filing systems, and office inventory to ensure operational continuity.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for cross-functional teams to streamline communication and project support.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items to stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to administrative workflows and operational expenditures.
  • Assist in the onboarding process and logistical arrangements for new team members and visitors.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement to increase team productivity and office efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a technology-driven company.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Strong coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across various departments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
  • A proactive, “can-do” attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
