Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily office administrative tasks including document filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate office communications, including handling phone inquiries, emails, and greeting visitors professionally.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, and presentations for management.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for internal staff.
- Support customer service initiatives by addressing client queries and resolving minor issues promptly.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure facility maintenance and operational standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Officer, Office Assistant, or in a similar customer-facing administrative role.
- Mandatory: High proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate professional integrity at all times.
