Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and ensure accurate record-keeping for operational files.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
  • Prepare, review, and process business documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor and track operational performance metrics to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of regular reports for management review.
  • Maintain office inventory and manage procurement requests for operational supplies.
  • Handle general inquiries and provide administrative support to the management team.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
