Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including data entry, document filing, and records maintenance.
  • Coordinate office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting agendas for management.
  • Maintain office inventory and procure necessary supplies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate scheduling and appointments to optimize team productivity.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Staff or in a similar clerical role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
