Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including data entry, document filing, and records maintenance.
- Coordinate office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and incoming/outgoing mail.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting agendas for management.
- Maintain office inventory and procure necessary supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate scheduling and appointments to optimize team productivity.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Staff or in a similar clerical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Professional demeanor and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
