Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems for all office documentation.
  • Perform daily data entry tasks with high precision to ensure system information is up to date.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, courier packages, and phone inquiries.
  • Assist the branch team in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Provide front-office support, greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of administrative workflows.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma Degree (D3) in Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Staff or in a similar clerical role is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and within a team.
