In this role, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring that our daily administrative tasks run smoothly to support our sales and distribution networks. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily office administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and data entry.
  • Coordinate communication between departments and assist with logistics/delivery scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and office supplies.
  • Prepare professional reports, correspondences, and presentations for management.
  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email with high professionalism.
  • Support the finance team with basic invoicing, payment tracking, and document verification.
  • Assist in organizing company meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, commercial environment.
