PT. KB Finansia Multi Finance (Kreditplus) is seeking a meticulous and highly organized Administration Staff to join our team at the Cempaka Mas branch. As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient office workflows, managing sensitive documentation, and ensuring that our administrative processes align with our company's high standards for quality and compliance.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our finance and lending operations, facilitating seamless communication between departments, and providing essential clerical support to ensure our team operates at peak efficiency. We are looking for a proactive professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong attention to detail.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily office administrative tasks and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Prepare, verify, and input accurate data into the company’s internal management systems.
  • Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure timely processing of financial and administrative documentation.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and physical mail.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies while managing procurement requests for the branch.
  • Prepare periodic reports for management regarding branch activities and operational metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements in all administrative functions.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum education level of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in administration or clerical roles is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia.
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
