Capiz State University is seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Administrative Aide III (Audio-Visual Equipment Operator I) to join our team in the Bicol Region. In this role, you will play a vital part in facilitating the university's academic, administrative, and research activities by ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of our audio-visual and multimedia infrastructure.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of AV equipment, including projectors, sound systems, and digital recording tools, to support events, seminars, and classroom instruction. Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, operate, and dismantle audio-visual equipment for university events, classrooms, and administrative meetings.
- Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs on projectors, microphones, amplifiers, and other multimedia peripherals.
- Ensure all equipment is organized, stored securely, and accounted for in the inventory system.
- Coordinate with faculty and event organizers to identify technical requirements for specific programs.
- Monitor the quality of audio and video output during presentations to ensure optimal clarity and performance.
- Maintain records of equipment usage and submit incident reports regarding technical malfunctions.
- Assist in the procurement process for new audio-visual consumables or equipment upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Completion of at least two years of college studies or completion of relevant vocational/trade courses.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in operating audio-visual equipment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting common AV hardware issues and basic digital connectivity problems.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders within the university.
- Ability to perform manual tasks related to equipment transport and setup.
- Knowledge of basic software and applications used for multimedia presentations.
- Must be reliable, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, as required for institutional events.
