Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor mechanical plant equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and inspections on mechanical components and machinery
- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs or adjustments to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate records of equipment operations, maintenance activities, and repairs completed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures at all times
- Respond to emergency situations and provide technical support when mechanical failures occur
- Coordinate with other municipal departments to support various infrastructure projects and programs
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on new technologies and best practices
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or equivalent; vocational/technical course related to mechanical work is an advantage
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in mechanical plant operations or similar equipment maintenance role
- Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques
- Physical fitness and ability to perform tasks requiring manual labor and standing for extended periods
- Valid professional driver's license or relevant certifications preferred
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Philippine citizen with good moral character and no pending criminal cases
