As an Assistant Project Manager, you will work closely with senior project managers to monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions. You will be responsible for maintaining detailed project documentation, scheduling regular meetings with stakeholders, and ensuring that all project objectives are met within the specified timeframe and budget constraints.

- Assist in developing detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders
- Coordinate with various teams and departments to ensure seamless project execution
- Manage project documentation, including meeting minutes, change orders, and progress reports
- Assist in tracking project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Support the implementation of quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet standards
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or assistant project management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
