Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct precise land surveys using GPS, total stations, and 3D laser scanning equipment
- Analyze topographical data and prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and CAD drawings
- Verify property boundaries and construction alignment against project specifications
- Collaborate with civil engineers and project managers to resolve site discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Land Authority (SLA) regulations and industry standards
- Monitor construction progress through regular site surveys and stakeout verification
- Maintain survey equipment calibration and implement quality control protocols
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of land surveying experience in Singapore
- Proficiency in surveying software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center)
- Valid Singapore Land Authority (SLA) surveyor certification
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex geographical data
- Experience with total stations, GPS/GNSS systems, and LiDAR technology
- Ability to work in outdoor environments with varying weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills for reporting to multidisciplinary teams
