Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling and correspondence (Mandarin/English fluency required for this component).
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain high accuracy in financial data entry using ERP systems and advanced Excel functions.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, statements, and management summaries.
- Coordinate office workflows and document management to ensure operational efficiency.
- Handle tax documentation and compliance in accordance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies or administrative bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- For the Executive Admin role: Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- For the Accounting Specialist role: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP software is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in administrative or accounting roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
