Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate data records within the SAP ERP system.
- Act as the primary point of contact for supplier liaison, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Prepare, format, and analyze comprehensive reports using Microsoft Excel for management review.
- Maintain organized and secure physical and digital business documentation.
- Provide translation and communication support for English-language correspondence and internal meetings.
- Assist in the coordination of administrative workflows to ensure operational excellence.
- Support department heads with ad-hoc administrative requests and data entry tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or data entry role.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Must be willing to be based in Batam, Kepulauan Riau.
