Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and office correspondence.
  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins with high professional standards.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, agendas, and minutes for management staff.
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical records, ensuring compliance with company protocols.
  • Assist in the preparation of regular reports and presentations for executive review.
  • Support office procurement and manage general office supply inventories.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operational workflows.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Management, or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office software.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
