Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Prepare, format, and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Coordinate office communications, including handling phone inquiries and emails professionally.
  • Assist in data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
  • Support department leads with scheduling, meeting coordination, and basic reporting.
  • Ensure office supplies and equipment are maintained and replenished as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to streamline office workflows and increase efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills required).
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Proven ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly disciplined with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
