Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and office supply inventory.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal team members and visiting stakeholders.
- Coordinate scheduling, appointments, and meeting room bookings to ensure team productivity.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, documentation, and operational presentations.
- Maintain electronic and physical records with high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle incoming inquiries via email and telephone with a high standard of professional courtesy.
- Support the management team with ad-hoc projects to streamline office workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and basic English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
