Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily office operations to ensure a productive and organized work environment.
  • Organize, file, and maintain both physical and digital documentation accurately.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, manage calendars, and assist with scheduling as required.
  • Procure and monitor office supplies, maintaining inventory levels for essential equipment.
  • Support the team with data entry, reporting, and general administrative coordination.

  • Facilitate smooth communication between various departments to support project workflows.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
