As the face of our studio, you will be responsible for ensuring that every client has a seamless, welcoming experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Beyond handling administrative tasks, you will be an integral part of our community, helping us maintain the high standards of service that our members have come to expect. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage front-desk operations, including greeting clients, handling check-ins, and maintaining a welcoming studio atmosphere.
  • Coordinate class schedules, instructor bookings, and studio facility management.
  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and social media with professionalism and warmth.
  • Process payments, manage memberships, and maintain accurate records using our booking system.
  • Coordinate inventory for retail products and studio supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist the management team with basic administrative tasks, reporting, and marketing support.
  • Maintain high standards of studio cleanliness and organization at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, customer service, or a hospitality-related role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with booking/scheduling software is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a significant advantage.
  • Genuine passion for health, wellness, and Pilates.
