Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive secretarial and administrative duties for the NSPM
- Manage and maintain both hard copy and digital filing systems efficiently
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and distribute various documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
- Assist in organizing sales promotion events and activities
- Maintain accurate records of administrative activities and correspondence
- Support the NSPM in achieving sales targets through efficient administrative management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education of Diploma (D3) in Secretarial Studies, Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in administrative or secretarial role, preferably in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and office systems
