Tanggung Jawab
- Perform general office administrative duties including data entry, document filing, and records management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail.
- Prepare and format reports, meeting minutes, and internal memos as required by management.
- Assist in the coordination of office supplies and inventory to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Support the finance department with basic documentation and reconciliation tasks.
- Coordinate scheduling for site visits, meetings, and project-related appointments.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all sensitive company documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, although prior experience in construction administration is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is mandatory.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team.
