In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the efficiency of our daily operations by providing essential support to our administrative and management teams. Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform general office administrative duties including data entry, document filing, and records management.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail.
  • Prepare and format reports, meeting minutes, and internal memos as required by management.
  • Assist in the coordination of office supplies and inventory to ensure smooth operational workflows.
  • Support the finance department with basic documentation and reconciliation tasks.
  • Coordinate scheduling for site visits, meetings, and project-related appointments.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all sensitive company documentation.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, although prior experience in construction administration is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
