You will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative workflows while crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience in the real estate sector. We are looking for someone who can seamlessly transition from organizing documents to creating engaging social media posts that drive engagement.
Tanggung Jawab
- Overseeing daily administrative operations, including filing, data entry, and correspondence management to ensure seamless office functionality.
- Designing and producing high-quality visual content, such as photos and short videos, for social media channels and marketing materials.
- Writing engaging, SEO-optimized articles and captions that highlight property listings and company news.
- Editing and proofreading all written materials to maintain a professional brand voice and high standards of quality.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to brainstorm creative content strategies and campaign ideas.
- Managing and organizing digital assets and company records efficiently for easy retrieval.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in administrative support or content creation roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with a keen eye for detail and strict adherence to deadlines.
- Understanding of real estate marketing trends is highly desirable.
