As the first point of contact for our students and their families, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and professional experience.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage front-desk operations including welcoming clients, handling walk-ins, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate class scheduling, student registration, and attendance tracking using our management software.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and assist with basic daily administrative accounting tasks.
  • Collaborate with instructors and management to ensure operational efficiency and student satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate client records and databases to ensure seamless communication.
  • Proactively resolve customer concerns with empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented mindset.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent in any field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or administrative roles.
  • Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable learning new software systems.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends or shifts as required by the academy schedule.
