We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to join our dynamic team in Serang, Banten.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily office administration, documentation, and operational procedures.
- Manage office facility maintenance, procurement of supplies, and inventory tracking.
- Coordinate cross-departmental communication between site engineering teams and head office.
- Handle government permits, licensing, and local compliance requirements for power plant operations.
- Supervise administrative staff and monitor workflow efficiency to meet company standards.
- Maintain organized digital and physical archives for project contracts, legal documents, and payroll data.
- Prepare periodic management reports regarding operational costs and administrative performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in administrative management, preferably within the engineering or construction industry.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin (preferred, given company profile) is highly advantageous.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and administrative compliance.
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Willingness to be based in Serang, Banten.
