White Penny Kitchen & Bar is seeking a proactive and efficient Administrative Office Assistant to support our daily business operations. As the backbone of our back-office functions, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our administrative processes run smoothly, allowing our service team to focus on providing an exceptional guest experience.

We are looking for a reliable individual who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will be responsible for document management, basic bookkeeping support, scheduling, and maintaining effective communication between departments. If you possess a strong work ethic, excellent computer skills, and a positive attitude, we want to hear from you!

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and office documentation.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate staff schedules and maintain accurate attendance records.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence and filing systems.
  • Support the management team with reporting and administrative projects.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers for office-related needs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business or Administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Professional demeanor and strong integrity.
