As the backbone of our back-office functions, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our administrative processes run smoothly, allowing our service team to focus on providing an exceptional guest experience.

You will be responsible for document management, basic bookkeeping support, scheduling, and maintaining effective communication between departments. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily administrative tasks and office documentation.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate staff schedules and maintain accurate attendance records.
- Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence and filing systems.
- Support the management team with reporting and administrative projects.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers for office-related needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business or Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Professional demeanor and strong integrity.
